From May 12, 2025, to May 18, 2025, SMM recorded a total of 21 domestic enterprise projects that won bids for PV module projects that week. The winning bid prices for PV modules were concentrated in the range of 0.65-0.86 yuan/W, with a weighted average winning bid price of 0.71 yuan/W for the week, representing a decrease of 0.05 yuan/W compared to the previous week. The total procurement capacity for the winning bids was 29.55 MW, a decrease of 234.22 MW compared to the previous week.

SMM News on May 19: From May 12, 2025, to May 18, 2025, SMM recorded a total of 21 sections of PV module projects won by multiple domestic enterprises, including LONGi Lerri Solar Technology Co., Ltd., China Railway Erju 4th Engineering Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Mingyang PV Industry Co., Ltd., with nine of these projects disclosing their installed capacities. The main types of PV modules procured and awarded this week were N-type and P-type PV modules. The winning bid prices for PV modules were concentrated in the range of 0.65-0.86 yuan/W, with a weighted average price of 0.71 yuan/W for the week, representing a decrease of 0.05 yuan/W compared to the previous week. The total procurement capacity awarded for the week was 29.55 MW, a decrease of 234.22 MW compared to the previous week.

Key winning bid information from May 12 to May 18 during the statistical period:

  1. Modules and inverters for the 1.5 MW distributed PV project of Shantou Group Huanghe Golden Triangle Agricultural Products Company. China Railway Erju 4th Engineering Co., Ltd. emerged as the first-ranked winning bidder with an average module price of 0.86 yuan/W.
  2. N-type Topcon PV modules for the 3.5 MWp distributed PV project on the rooftop of Jiangxi Muyuan New Farm 1, a project of PowerChina New Energy Central China Branch under PowerChina New Energy Company. The project intends to procure N-type PV modules with a total installed capacity of 3.5 MW and a power rating of 480 W. Guangdong Mingyang PV Industry Co., Ltd. emerged as the first-ranked winning bidder with an average module price of 0.71 yuan/W.
  3. PV modules for the 11 MW rooftop distributed PV power generation project (first batch) of Xinkai Group. The project intends to procure N-type PV modules with a total installed capacity of 11 MW and a power rating of 620 W. Huzhou Yuhui New Energy Co., Ltd. emerged as the first-ranked winning bidder with an average module price of 0.71 yuan/W.
